In 2009, I graduated from the National Personal Training Institute with diploma in personal training and nutrition consulting. I started my own fitness journey lifting weights and eating clean, amazed at how my body transformed. Soon after, I dove into bodybuilding and competed in 6 shows in 2 years, placing first in 4. But inside? I was exhausted. I lost my period for 3 years, struggled with binge-restrict cycles, daily stomach pain, and a toxic relationship with food and my body. I stepped away to heal and that’s when I discovered the power of functional medicine. In 2023, after years of gut issues and dead-end advice, I got certified as a CFNC and Holistic Health Practitioner. I applied everything I learned… and finally experienced regular digestion, hormone balance, and a physique I love without obsessing over the gym or my diet. Now I help others do the same.
Outside of coaching, I’m a Christ follower, wife to my wonderful husband, and stepmom to two awesome teen boys. When I’m not working or spending time with my family, you can usually find me in a cozy local coffee shop, working out, exploring the Colorado mountains, reading a good book, or rock climbing.
